Men, how do you manage melasma and freckles?

Is dermatological treatment really the answer? ㅠㅠ

My face is already a bit dark, but with the age spots and freckles on top, my skin looks even duller and a bit...

주근깨는 시술 받아도 어차피 다시 생기던데요
기미는 무조건 피부과 시술 받으셔야 해요~피부과 레이저 외에는 효과 없어요(경험자임)
설득해서 피부과 데려가세요 피부과 레이저 토닝 받으면 기미 해결되는데 통증도 없고 시간도 얼마 안 걸려요
