I saw that Daiso has a multi-balm too; would it be okay to use it as a substitute for eye cream?

I've been worried about wrinkles around my eyes lately, so I'm thinking of trying an eye cream. I went to Daiso and saw they were selling a collagen multi-balm similar to the Gahee Multi-balm. The price was reasonable, so would it be effective to use this instead of eye cream?
