Please recommend a Cica cream.

My favorite used to be the IOPE Cica Cream, but it has been discontinued, so I am looking for another Cica Cream.

Avène and La Roche-Posay are too oily

Innisfree Cica Cream is ineffective

I'm curious what other Cica creams those of you who found IOPE suitable use.
