Do people sometimes use feminine hygiene products instead of foam cleansers?

My teenage son's face... looks like he's starting to get a lot of pimples.

I think my sebum is exploding!

I've noticed people around me suggesting dividing feminine hygiene products into smaller portions and storing them for others to use, haha.

They say it's good because it's slightly acidic.

Is it okay to use feminine hygiene wash as a facial foam cleanser?

Has anyone tried it themselves..??

I'm curious if it's effective or if it's okay.
