Please tell me how to smooth out the bumpy areas under the lower lip and next to the nose and cheeks.

Aren't there a lot of people who have small bumps under their lower lip, on the sides of their nose, in the indented areas?

How should I take care of this to get smooth skin?

Please share some tips.

I just rub it in with cleansing oil... It seems to be getting a little better, but it's still the same.
