Do you just leave hidden acne that isn't visible on the surface?

I sometimes get hidden acne on my chin that isn't visible on the surface.

On the outside, it looks perfectly fine, as if I don't have any acne.

But when I touch it with my hand, I can feel a round pimple underneath.

I can't squeeze this out, and... I don't know what to do with it, so I tend to just leave it alone.

It took almost two weeks for it to disappear.

It used to disappear, but then come back when my period approached again.

I wonder if it's just me... or if there's a different way to manage this, haha. I'm suddenly curious.

It doesn't show on the outside, so my skin doesn't look bad or anything, so it doesn't really matter, but hmm... could it be a health issue?
