Do you straighten your bangs too?

I have bangs, so sometimes they are treated at the same time as my hair straightening treatment. The problem is, after just a month or two, my hair actually becomes much more frizzy and unruly than before the straightening. When I don't get it straightened, my hair is only slightly curly, so at this rate, it ends up being worse than not getting it done at all.

Does everyone do this? I'm curious if you get your bangs straightened while you're at it.
