Please recommend a tone-up cream.

I apply sunscreen and then use powder foundation.

But it is uncomfortable when I take off my clothes and see it rubbing off on my mask.

I saw an advertisement for a tone-up cream on Instagram

The coverage was really good. It didn't transfer at all, and it stayed intact even when it rained. I'm sure not all tone-up creams are like that, but I'm looking to switch, so I'd appreciate recommendations for a tone-up cream with good coverage.
