Please recommend a Mebena primer.

I haven't used a makeup base or primer for almost 10 years and have been using a sunscreen that doubles as a base. However, in the summer, even a little sweat while I'm wearing makeup causes it to break down and not adhere properly. I think if I switched to using a makeup base or primer, my foundation wouldn't break down and I could apply it even when it's a bit hot. I'd like to hear your thoughts and recommendations.
