After having three children, I've noticed that I have more freckles and blemishes at some point, which is worrying me. I'm hesitant to get a procedure because I'm concerned my skin might become thin, so I've just been covering them up with makeup.

Since I'm using a moisturizing base, it doesn't cover up.

Do you have any tips?
