I'm in my mid-40s; could you recommend a matte base?

Now that the weather is getting hot, I sweat even with just a little movement, and my face is so shiny it's unbearable to look at.

I was riding my bike to work today and two gnats landed on my face. I guess my face is just that sticky.

Please recommend a matte base.
