Whiteholic Toning Up Cream

I apply W.Lab's Tone-Up Cream to cover my neck as well. Just like the case, the cream is white with tiny yellow granules embedded in it. It has a brightening and tone-up effect, and the refreshing lemon scent leaves me feeling refreshed.
