I'm looking for recommendations for a tone-up cream that doesn't cake.

I used to really like the tone-up cream from a brand called Shom.

It was moisturizing and the tone-up effect was good too.

however The Shom brand doesn't seem to be very famous.

The only place to buy it is almost exclusively the official website.

The price has gone up compared to when I bought it before, so I looked for a different tone-up cream and am currently using the Cosnori one.

But Cosnori feels a bit sticky, so I think I need to do proper skincare before using it in the winter. (It's a hassle)

Please recommend a tone-up cream that doesn't cake!
