👀 If I apply tone-up cream consistently, will it really be effective for whitening?
Lately, every time I look in the mirror, my skin tone looks so dull that I am seriously worried. So, I looked around and was recommended a tone-up cream, and I am writing this post because I am curious if using it consistently will really be effective for whitening.
On the internet, some say that tone-up creams only make the skin look brighter and have no actual whitening effect, while others claim that consistent use does provide a whitening effect. I really don't know what the truth is.
I don't just want my skin to become whiter temporarily; I want my skin itself to truly brighten and be whitened.
I am still considering dermatological procedures, so if it is possible to do it with cosmetics, I would like to try that first. Those of you who have experience, please honestly let me know if tone-up cream really helps with whitening.
I'm going to invest time and money into applying it consistently, so I think I would feel really disappointed if there were no results. I would appreciate realistic answers from those who have struggled with skin whitening for a long time or those who have used tone-up creams for a long time.
