Are Mamonde or IPKN powder pacts good?

I need to buy powder because I want to cover my pores. They've gotten so big that I wasn't sure if they would cover them, but when I went to Daiso, I found they sold two types of affordable options: a loose powder and a compact.

Will my pores stand out more if I use foundation?

Are there any affordable products that cover pores?
