Are there any cushions or powder pacts that don't smudge?

Strangely, I don't know about it after applying the cushion, but
I looked in the mirror after some time and was shocked today. It was to the point where I thought my bare face would be better. It was caking, caking, and looked really awful. I wiped it off and washed my face, but it would have been better not to have applied it at all.
My skin is in terrible condition, lacking elasticity and having enlarged pores that look like wrinkles.
My skin is hopeless, but are there any cosmetics that don't cake?
