What kind of powder do you use?

It's raining and humid, so my makeup feels sticky. I don't usually use powder, but I'm thinking I should get one just to keep my skin looking fresh and matte. If you know of any good products, please recommend one that offers good value for money. I also really hate having my hair stick to my face.
