Recommended powders for a soft, matte finish

This is the Ponds powder I like. Last time, I reviewed the Beige shade, but this powder has a bluish tint. The blue undertone isn't too strong, but it seems to give a brighter, more milky finish. Because of this, I felt it gave a radiant look, but on the other hand, it tended to cake if I used too much. I liked that it controlled oil well, and aside from the inconvenience of using it, I recommend this powder.
