This product is effective for exfoliation. After your first cleanse, simply wipe your entire face with the pad and apply your basic skincare products immediately. However, since it contains ingredients that dissolve dead skin cells, it may cause irritation and stinging if you have sensitive or delicate skin. I also have sensitive skin, so I only use it about 1-2 times a week.
