I made a green tea pad.

My daughter has severe acne on her forehead, so I was worried, and someone told me to rinse with green tea.

Just in time, my husband recently received some green tea as a gift. I wasn't sure what to do since I don't like teas with a grassy scent other than coffee, but I decided to use it on my daughter's skin.

I sterilized a small glass jar with boiling water, placed green tea leaves at the bottom, added a few cotton pads, poured in more green tea leaves, added cotton pads, and repeated the process. I poured hot water over it to cool it down and put it in the refrigerator.

After washing her face and before doing her skincare routine, she takes out a green tea pad and puts it on her forehead as a quick pack first.

It's not completely clear, but it seems like my acne has subsided by over 70 percent compared to before.
