tongue cleaner

I bought Median toothpaste and a tongue cleaner came with it, so I'm using it now!

When I didn't have a tongue cleaner, I used a toothbrush to remove the white coating.

I found it simple and much more convenient to remove it by just swiping it off with a tongue cleaner.

I am currently using this type of cleaner.

I'd like to try using other types of cleaners in the future.
