I take care of my oral health by using interdental brushes, dental floss, and Listerine.

I can't do it every time I brush my teeth, but

I make sure to use everything and brush my teeth in the evening.

In my wife's case, she also uses an SSSS thickness interdental brush, but

I'm using the SSS thickness lol

My wife can't use dental floss because she has a retainer on the inside of her teeth, lol, but I floss even more enthusiastically in front of her, doing what she can't do, hahaha.

I like using Listerine because it makes my mouth feel fresh.
