tongue cleaner

I used to clean my tongue with a toothbrush without using a tongue cleaner, but I thought using a separate one would be better for bad breath and oral health. Since trying it once, I have been using a tongue cleaner ever since. Just like toothbrushes, tongue cleaners are consumables, so I replace them whenever they last a while. The bristles feel shorter and thicker than a toothbrush, but because the cleaning area is wider, it is much more comfortable for cleaning the tongue. I love how refreshing my mouth feels after using it. I think it is essential for oral health.
