This is the Vetro Genesis tongue cleaner! I didn't choose it myself; I bought it because a friend said theirs was good. Before using this, I just used a toothbrush with toothpaste to clean my tongue. If I compare the two... since a toothbrush is a tool for cleaning teeth, the contact surface is a bit small and the bristles are stiff, right? But this cleaner has a wide surface area and soft bristles, so it's more comfortable than a toothbrush. Also, I don't know if it's because of the tool itself or just my imagination, but when I used a toothbrush, I sometimes gagged depending on my condition that day; however, since using the cleaner, it happened way less often. It's the same process of tucking the tongue in, though.
