My oral care items are dental floss and mouthwash.

This is disposable dental floss sold at Daiso.

I've tried the one from Oral-B and F-shaped disposable floss, but I've settled on this one!

It was so comfortable flossing my molars that I just couldn't get away from it...

I want to buy a bulk pack for cheaper, but my search skills aren't good enough. Only F-shaped disposable dental floss keeps coming up 🤣🤣 So I just buy it from Daiso as needed.

The mouthwash is Listerine Green Tea!

I settled on this one because it's the mildest Listerine and also helps prevent cavities.

I like flossing and gargling because it feels really refreshing.

However, I heard that gargling too often kills off the beneficial bacteria in your mouth, which increases the risk of diabetes. So I am controlling how often I use it, and I don't plan to repurchase it once I finish this bottle haha.

I received the pump as a free gift during a promotional event. It originally comes with a cap, so it seems inconvenient to use; if you are using it for the first time, make sure to buy it during a promotion where they give you a pump!
