Vussen 28 teeth whitening agent

This is the teeth whitening product I am currently using. The product name is Vussen 28 Advance Teeth Whitening Kit (Floral Mint Scent). The instructions say to apply an appropriate amount, brush your teeth for 3 minutes, 3 times a day, and use it for 4 weeks. I have been using it for two days now, and I plan to continue using it consistently. Also, please avoid foods that stain your teeth.
