I usually make sure to gargle, so I used to use Gargrin or Listerine. I heard there was a non-spicy version of Gargrin, so I bought this, and it really isn't spicy at all. It has an apple scent, and since it isn't spicy, I can gargle for a long time. It's great. The whole family can use it together. I recommend it to anyone who dislikes spicy mouthwash.
