I use an oral irrigator and dental floss.

This is a Waterpik oral irrigator I discovered while undergoing orthodontic treatment.

It's a must-have item for anyone with braces! It has adjustable intensity, so I started with the lowest setting and now use the strongest one. Even so, it's not too strenuous, and it can even clean food stuck in the molars. Best of all, it feels so refreshing after use!

It's portable, so it's great to take with you when traveling.

And the second is dental floss. Since my teeth aren't in great condition, I have to use a slightly thicker one to feel like I've actually used it. My husband's doesn't even fit between his teeth... Of course, sizes range from the smallest to the smallest, so you can just use whichever fits your teeth!

I think it's great that flossing my front teeth every day prevents tartar from building up!
