I recommend this toothbrush sterilizer!!

While the type of toothbrush and toothpaste ingredients you use are important, I think the most crucial thing of all is sterilizing the toothbrush itself to care for your teeth!! You know that bacteria multiply like crazy if you leave it at room temperature, right...? If that gets into your mouth... ugh... just imagining it makes me shudder 🤣 I think keeping one of these handy to sterilize your toothbrush while using it would allow for much cleaner oral care.
