My oral care) Mouthwash and interdental brushes

I will tell you about my oral care method.

 

I use Gargrin (Original) and interdental brushes for oral care.

 

 

I'm busy with work in the mornings, so I only use mouthwash after brushing my teeth.

Brushing teeth at lunch

I use an interdental brush in the evening.

 

I am using two types of interdental brushes.

 

▶️ We use 0.7mm for the upper teeth.

 

 

This interdental brush can be purchased at regular supermarkets or pharmacies.

 

▶️ I am using a 0.6mm interdental brush on my lower teeth.

 

 

I have been purchasing and using this interdental brush ever since my orthodontist recommended it when I was getting braces in my 40s.

 

 

Honestly, looking at it with the naked eye, I can't really feel much of a difference between 0.6mm and 0.7mm.

As I use them, I can clearly feel the difference—I'm not sure if it's due to the brand—so I continue to use them while distinguishing between them.

It's like brushing your teeth and regular dental checkups.

Every time I go to the dentist, the director points out that I am not brushing my teeth properly.

They told me to brush my teeth well because my gums and tartar are important.

So, while browsing a certain app, I came across a tooth-brushing guide.

Of course, I assume many of you are already familiar with proper brushing techniques. However, as I read through the posts, I found some methods I wasn't aware of, so I am uploading a few photos.

 

 

I found out something I didn't know myself: I only rinsed it three times.

Ever since I saw the instruction to rinse 6 or 7 times, I have been following it exactly.😁
