A good mouthwash to use when you have stomatitis

I seem to have poor oral health, as I frequently get canker sores whenever I'm tired. This is a mouthwash I use whenever that happens, and I wanted to introduce it because it seems to be quite effective. It is a mouthwash often prescribed by dentists, but since it is an over-the-counter medication, you can purchase it at a pharmacy without a prescription. It is a bit stronger than regular mouthwash, so I recommend diluting it with water before use if you are using it on a child or if your oral condition is poor. Also, as stated in the instructions, it says not to use it for more than 7 days. So, I usually use regular mouthwash and only use this when I have canker sores.
