Brushing your teeth thoroughly with toothpaste at least 3 times a day is a must!
I use dental floss, and on days when the seasons change, when there is a lot of fine dust, or when I feel like I’ve used my throat more than usual, I gargle with bamboo salt. Dissolving about a teaspoon in slightly lukewarm water and rinsing my throat with it helps protect my throat, so I use Hansalim bamboo salt for this.
