Gargling is indeed the etiquette when having a conversation.

I bought a small size because I carry it in my bag. It is also easy to purchase since you can buy it at convenience stores.

Personally, I think the original is better because it has a more fiery and refreshing kick.

You just need to squeeze it out of the lid, slurp it in your mouth, and then spit it out.

Just don't spit it out anywhere. I did it mindlessly while waiting for the subway, and since there was nowhere to spit it out, I just swallowed it. T_T How was it? Nothing bad happened. ^^
