I recommend a Waterpik after brushing your teeth.

If I brush my teeth and then use a Waterpik, debris comes out again.

I think using it regularly will remove plaque and strengthen my gums.

You can remove the tip separately to sharpen it, and the intensity is adjustable, so you can use it however you like.

Since mine is portable, I have to refill the water while using it, so if you plan to use it at home, I think you should buy the home version.

It lasts quite a long time on a single charge, so I'm going to buy a new one for home use. I recommend Waterpik.
