With Listerine oral care

Listerine's green color is mint.

I bought green and purple; the purple one is milder than the green and stood up first, but the green one is mint, so it is strong.

I actually felt more refreshed.

I am using it by gargling within one minute and then rinsing my mouth with water.

I think gargling too often might actually be bad, so I only use it occasionally, like when my breath smells really bad or I've eaten a lot of sweets. Since it's the number one product, I can probably feel a little reassured.
