Listerine that my whole family uses

This is Listerine, the mouthwash our whole family uses.

Especially in my case, my teeth are in bad condition because I've been too lazy to brush them since I was young.

So, I decided to start taking better care of myself, even if it's a bit late, so I make sure to use Listerine after brushing my teeth in the morning and evening.

I noticed a huge difference in the dryness in my mouth the morning after using Listerine versus not using it.

And I heard that no matter how hard we brush our teeth, a lot of bacteria accumulate in our mouths while we sleep.

So I heard that using mouthwash before going to sleep at night is good for preventing bacteria in your mouth while you sleep.

My family uses Listerine Total Care, which takes care of tartar, cavity prevention, and gums.

Personally, I like the Original Cool Mint because it's refreshing, but since the whole family uses it and it's said to have various benefits...

I'm using Total Care... Since all four of us use it together, I bought the large size and am using it haha.
