Use an interdental brush between your teeth~

After getting implants, I realized once again how important oral care is.

So, following my dentist's advice, I have been taking regular oral care using dental floss and interdental brushes. I use the floss provided by the dentist, and for interdental brushes, I use inexpensive ones from Daiso and replace them frequently.

I heard that using interdental brushes too often isn't good, so I brush with toothpaste about every other day. Daiso products come in various sizes of interdental diameters, so I recommend checking the size before using them.
