I feel like I still have bad breath even after brushing, so I make sure to do this as a finishing touch.
I used to use Listerine, but I heard that products with ethanol aren't good, so I bought and am using Ethanol Zero Gargrin.
It isn't as intensely refreshing, but it rinses gently and well, so even young children can use it well.
