I use it like this.

I use a soft-bristled toothbrush and Sensimed toothpaste.

Commercial tongue cleaners are too flimsy, so I asked an acquaintance to make one for me, and I use that.

Interdental brushes aren't very effective, so I use dental floss, and I like that the floss tastes like mint.

I use Gum Care because I don't like harsh mouthwashes, but I ran out, so I couldn't take a picture of it myself; I'm uploading a screenshot of the product I'm planning to buy.

I am trying to take good care of my oral health so that I don't have trouble later.
