The oral care products I use

 

 

I use several oral care products.

 

First, because my gums are not in good condition, I rinse my mouth with a gum guard.

 

Then, I brush my teeth. I heard that Gum Guard is good for gum inflammation, so I plan to use it consistently.

 

I finished one bottle of Gum Guard and am now on my second.

 

And the Heximmedin the dentist gave me (it wasn't free) because I said my tooth hurt.

 

I bought it because my dentist wanted to try it. I only use it when my teeth really hurt.

 

Finally, finish by adding the concentrated bubble solution with a pick.

 

I use the pick before bed. I use this product once a day because I think getting too stimulated isn't good.
