This is a mouthwash that is great to use when you can't brush your teeth after a snack or when your mouth doesn't feel fresh before bed.

They say it penetrates as a liquid and also provides a sterilizing fluoride coating.

The expiration date is also generous, so there is no burden in using it.

I don't use it every day, but I use it occasionally.
