My family uses mouthwash.
My 6th grader (2080 Kids) strawberry flavor, my husband and I are using the original Garglin.
The advantages of mouthwash are
It helps prevent cavities, removes bad breath, and freshens the mouth. I also used it to keep my mouth clean back when COVID was severe and I couldn't brush my teeth at school.
I like that I seem to get fewer cavities than before I started using mouthwash. I think I definitely need to use mouthwash.
