Do you all use interdental brushes?

I use the thinnest interdental brush.

This is an interdental brush that heals even mild tooth inflammation.

I always have a spot where food gets stuck, and it felt a bit swollen and uncomfortable, so I used an interdental brush for the first time in a while, and now it's bleeding.

The swelling goes down after it bleeds like this.

Of course, dental treatment is the answer, but I found that if you simply brush between your teeth two or three times with an interdental brush every day, you won't have to worry about bleeding.
