The capacity is generous, so it lasts about a month for the whole family. You just need to use it once whenever your mouth feels a bit dry after brushing. I even take a bottle with me when I go swimming; rinsing my mouth with it after a swim leaves my teeth feeling exceptionally fresh. Tilt your head back for about 30 seconds and rub, and it will feel spotless. It is excellent for removing bad breath.
