I usually paid attention to my tongue health with a toothbrush, but after buying and using this on a friend's recommendation, the difference in freshness is significant. It seems to remove white coating well too. If you want to keep your tongue clean, I recommend purchasing a tongue cleaner.

I use it morning and evening. My mother uses it too, and I feel like her bad breath has decreased. I think it has helped me a lot as well. I should have started using it sooner, haha.
