My oral care item is Aquapik

I end my day with an Aquapick.

I bought this product because I heard it is good for people with poor gum health, and I have been using it for three years now.

Even after using a toothbrush I tell myself I'm brushing, residue still comes out, so I'm confused whether I've brushed properly. Since it's difficult to carry around, I plan to make sure to use it once in the evening before bed.

After using it, the frequency of bleeding has definitely decreased significantly, even when brushing with a product that doesn't have fine bristles.

And the second picture is Aquapik cleaning; they say it is recommended to clean it 2 to 4 times a month.

Since it is used directly in the mouth, I usually wash it with a cleaning tablet once every 10 days.
