Clean your toothbrush thoroughly.

I used to brush my teeth thoroughly, rinse the toothbrush roughly, and just put it in a cup, but I ended up buying a toothbrush sterilizer. The inside of the cup was humid, so the handle got slippery and mold grew quickly. Given this situation, I was worried the bristles would become a breeding ground for germs, so I decided to use the sterilizer. It sterilizes using infrared rays, so while the germs aren't very visible, it leaves a refreshing feeling. It's also convenient because it lasts a long time on a single charge.
