This is the Listerine Cool Mint Mouthwash that I use every single day. I read a news article saying that brushing alone isn't enough and that gargling is good for dental health. Since reading that article, I always gargle. This mouthwash feels very refreshing and clean. What kind of mouthwash do you all use? Please give me some recommendations!
