양치전에 해주는게 좋은거군요!
I use dental floss for oral hygiene. I use the mint-flavored floss from Daiso, which you can buy for just 2,000 won! I use the thinner thickness; the size is 420D. Since the gaps between my teeth are very narrow, I have to use the thinnest one to get them to fit. Floss is incredibly useful for people with narrow gaps to remove food particles. Those with wider gaps should use interdental brushes instead. To use floss, hold it taut, then gently insert it once or twice and pull it out. Important points to note when flossing are that you shouldn't push or pull too hard, and you shouldn't insert it like you're sawing! There is a huge difference between when I floss and when I don't. Even if I brush thoroughly between my teeth, flossing at the end helps remove food particles from the wider areas. The best method is to floss before brushing. It helps to remove food particles first, then brush, and then floss. Daiso floss is affordable and great, so I highly recommend it!
