The adult version is too spicy, so I'm finishing up with the kids using Children's Gargrin.

It’s so great that the whole family uses it together! Using mouthwash has been a habit since the kids were little, so they get anxious if we don't use it. Thanks to this, we don't have a single cavity. It's safe for adults to use too, so I've been using it for years! I highly recommend it.
